In addition to the trip documents your customers receive by e-mail, they are given access to the special area of our website for restaurant guides, travel trips, packing lists, reading and movie lists, and special guides for children. These guides are based on our combined years of experience and from the wonderful feedback we receive from our customers.

Much of our business is from repeat customers and referrals from happy customers. Doorways, Ltd., belongs to professional organizations including ASTA (the American Society of Travel Agents), the Better Business Bureau of Greater Philadelphia, and the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. We are listed by Dun and Bradstreet. In addition to serving hundreds of individual travelers, Doorways has made travel arrangements for groups from the Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Rosemont College Alumni Associations and for the World Affairs Council.

Doorways, Ltd., welcomes travel agents and offers your agency:

• Commission of 15% on Villa Buonvisi, 10% on most of our other villas costing over $2,000 per week. A few of our villas that cost over $2,000 are low commission (KP5) or non-commissionable (KP0). You will find the appropriate code on the property index page. • Commission of 5% on most of our villas costing $1,999 or less per week. • Payment by agency check without a fee or by credit card with a 3% fee.

• Protected commissions now and in future years. If the customer should contact us directly we refer her back to you for travel arrangements and share commission with you.

• A toll-free number (800-261-4460) open Monday through Friday, 9-5 Eastern Time.

• Our website, www.villavacations.com, for you and your clients to view complete information, photos, prices, any extra costs and in many cases, availability, travel tips, restaurant guides, day trip guides, guides for kids, packing lists and useful links.
