Villa Grazia is a traditional 17th-century Tuscan stone villa, with beautiful grounds and extensive gardens, as well as a large swimming pool (open 9am-8pm) and a fish pond. A private chapel is sheltered in a small wood on the estate, and another stretch of land is cultivated with grape vines and olive trees. Buildings once used for olive oil production have been exquisitely converted into a residence with two large apartments and a charming cottage.

Minutes from the Umbrian border, the Tuscan hilltown of Cortona is filled with the spirit of its Etruscan heritage; visit the Etruscan tombs at Tanella di Pitagora and Cortona's Museo dell'Accademia Etrusca. The winding Vila Nazionale is lined with shops specializing in antiques, ceramics and wood crafts. In the Museo Diocesano, works by native son Luca Signorelli are displayed alongside those of other masters. Cortona revels in its role as cittá d'arte ("city of art"), hosting a variety of cultural events and festivals through the year. Southeastern Tuscany offers many attractions, including Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cetona, Arezzo, and Chiusi. Access to Florence and Siena to the north, as well as Rome to the south, is easy by rail or by the A1 highway.

The main farmhouse can be rented as a whole or seamlessly divided into two private apartments, each with a separate entrance, private patio for dining al fresco and separate access to the pool. Amenities include satellite TV, fans, telephone, stereo, guest safe, Jacuzzi showers and tubs, dishwashers, washing machines and wireless internet access.

The owner lives in a separate villa on the estate. She has taken such care with the décor that everything is pretty and harmonious as well as comfortable. She loves to welcome guests to her private gardens.
