Recently renovated, Diciannove is a luxury property that was originally the farm buildings of an impressive country estate. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees, the setting is rural yet the property is only ten minutes from Lucca. Recently renovated to a very high standard, Diciannove consists of a main house (sleeps 16), barn (sleeps 4) and a 16th Century chapel.

Authentic materials have been used to retain Diciannove's traditional Lucchese style, with terracotta floors and chestnut beamed ceilings. Modern conveniences have been incorporated, with flat-screen satellite TVs, DVD, stereo system and gym. Interior spaces are large and open, making this property ideal for groups. Outside is an attractive covered terrace with a BBQ and large table for dining al fresco.

Seven of the bedrooms in the main villa have en suite bathrooms; the eighth bedroom is interconnecting and is best for children. All bathrooms have a full bath with separate walk-in shower. The villa does not have air-conditioning, but all bedrooms have ceiling fans and the thick walls ensure cool nighttime temperatures.
