The elegant and exclusive Amphitheatre Apartment was recently restored and is furnished to a very high level of quality. Ultra modern and sophisticated style blends harmoniously with the antique atmosphere of the original stone wall and theatre steps that lead from the living room to the dining room and were originally tiers where people sat to watch gladiator games.

Start your mornings with a walk around Lucca's tree-topped medieval walls, or shop at the outdoor market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A famous antiques market is held on the last weekend of each month. Explore medieval hill towns, hike in the Cinque Terre, visit the marble quarries of Carrara, or relax at a thermal spa.  Lucca is just 60 minutes from Florence, 30 minutes from Pisa, and 20 minutes for the chic beaches of the Italian Riviera.

Although the apartment does not come with parking, it is possible to arrange for car parking within walking distance for €10 per day; this must be booked at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
