Extras
€500/wk utility deposit for heat and a/c due in cash on arrival. Heat and a/c is metered. Final cleaning fee: €200 in main house and €100 for Dependence. Prices listed are for up to 10 guests. Cost for additional guests on the two double sofa beds is €200 pp.
Optional crib €100/wk. Additional services (cooking, laundry, advanced
grocery shopping, wine tastings, babysitting, bike rentals, car and driver) available
on request at additional cost. Local head tax due in cash in Euros upon arrival.
Security Deposit
$2,000
payable to Doorways in advance; €500 due on arrival and refunded at the
end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.

Pool is open May 5 - September 21.
Upon request and approval of owner, a late arrival is possible between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm for an extra fee of €50.
