Located on the third floor of a small building near the Sistina Theatre, between Piazza Barberini and the Spanish Steps, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the city's most famous attractions. The Trevi Fountain is nearby, as well as the Via Condotti, Rome's most elegant shopping street. The building contains just four apartments, one on each floor. There is no elevator.
