Ravello, perched high above the Amalfi, is famous for its views and its gardens. A renowned musical festival is held here each summer, with classical music concerts taking place in gardens with breathtaking views. The principal tourist attractions are the famous gardens of Villa Cimbone and Villa Rufolo. Both are open to the public, so you can meander through the tropical gardens while enjoying dramatic views of the coastline. Ravello also has an impressive cathedral, dedicated to San Pantaleone whose blood is a treasured relic. Ravello remains a peaceful village, its lofty inland location setting it apart from the hustle and bustle of some of Amalfi's coastal towns. The entire peninsula is crisscrossed with ancient walking paths leading over the rocky landscape from one hamlet to the next. The larger town of Amalfi is just a few kilometers away, and from there you can take a boat or hydrofoil to any of the nearby islands or other major coastal destinations.

Villa Carmelina is a charming residence built on three levels, each with its own terrace, furnished with tables, comfortable chairs, and potted plants. Each offers a stunning view of the sea. A garage provides parking for one car, and there is additional parking for one or two small cars outside the garage.

On the first level, the entry leads to a bright, spacious living room with a fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave and opens onto a terrace. Near the kitchen is a full bathroom with a modern glass shower.  Next to the bathroom you’ll find a laundry room with a washer. A hallway behind the living room leads to a bathroom with shower and a bedroom that opens onto the terrace and has a king-sized bed as well as a small single bed suitable for a child. The house is equipped with a high-speed internet connection.

There are three bedrooms on the second level. The spacious master bedroom has an en suite bathroom (tub and separate shower). There is another double room with a matrimonial bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a crib. These two rooms share a bathroom, located in the hall, with a modern glass stall shower. Each bedroom has its own TV.

To reach the third level, you have to go back to the main entrance and then take the stairs up. The pool is located on the third level and is quite large (12 x 6 meters), with no shallow end. There is a bar near the pool, as well as a refrigerator. There are 66 steps from the main level to the third.
