Villa Anna is an independent, spacious and comfortable modern
villa, located in Lesa, on the lively coastal road of Lake Maggiore. Built several
meters above the road, the villa is accessed by a gate from the road level. From
here, 10-12 steps lead to the garden (800 sq. meters), with specimen shrubs and
flowers planned to provide beauty throughout the year. Villa
Anna is built on two floors: Ground floor:
- Entrance hall, accessed by stairs from the garden
- Spacious living/dining
room with fireplace and dining table for eight; two walls of this large living
room are almost completely made of windows and offer spectacular views and access
to a furnished terrace/patio with table for 15.
- Fully equipped kitchen
with dishwasher and microwave and adjacent breakfast room with table for six
- Powder
room
- 1 master bedroom with lakeview and access to terrace (you can see
boats sailing on the lake from the bed!)
- 1 twin bedroom
- 2 single

- 1 bathroom with tub and separate shower

Furnishings are high quality and very
well cared for, including ornamental detail, fine upholstery and linens. The result
is a lovely atmosphere evocative of former times. Behind Villa Anna there is a
pedestrian route with a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and that leads to the
nearby town of Lesa (5 minutes' walk). There you will find grocery shops and restaurants,
and there is also the possibility to order delicious take-out meals from the nearby
Rapanello Restaurant. There is a sports club with three tennis courts and Olympic
pool (10 min. walk) which guests may use for a daily or weekly rate. The beach
is 50 meters across the road from the villa. There are also two golf courses within
10-15 min. by car and seven more within 45 min. The ferry to the other beautiful
lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate just 10 minutes away on foot.
Amenities
include satellite TV and washing machine. Internet access is not available. Parking is available in a lot just across
from the villa.
Villa Anna is not recommended for anyone with
walking difficulties. Children are welcome, but because of t he stairs we recommend that small children will need adult supervision.
