This charming village house is set at the end of a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac very close to the center of the very attractive village of Mausanne in the heart of Les Alpilles, where you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

The property is surrounded by a stone wall and a high hedge, with parking for two cars outside the wrought iron gates of the property. To the front of the house, a well kept garden features a small dip pool with a deck and a guest house that provides additional sleeping space. The front south-facing terrace has plenty of space for dining and relaxing; and to the rear of the house is another terrace, ideal for dining under the stars or for shade from the hot Provençal sun.

The house has a very welcoming and comfortable feel. It is very much a Provençal home.
