Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle (the most famous shopping streets of the 8th arrondissement), Floriane is the perfect pied-à-terre from which to explore and enjoy Paris. A stone's throw from the famous Avenue Montaigne and its spectacular stores, the apartment is across the street from the Grand Palais, right in between the fountains of the Champs-Elysées rond point and the Pont des Invalides. The Tuilerie gardens are only a 10 minute walk as are the Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe.

This exceptional Haussmannian-style building was built around 1860 by Napoleon III for one of his mistresses.
