This charming villa is located in a quiet residential area just below Eze Village, on the Côte d'Azur, in one of the most beautiful locations on the French Riviera, between Nice and Monte Carlo. The villa sits high above the sea, facing south, with a 180° view of the Mediterranean and surrounding coastal cliffs. Walk to the beach in just five minutes. A train station is also within walking distance, making it possible to stay at Villa Panoramique without a car. Surrounded by tropical gardens and fragrant orange trees, this is an ideal vacation envioronment, peaceful and relaxing.

This single-story Mediterranean villa was constructed in 1955 and completely renovated in 2005. The owner has recently made many improvements, including new landscaping, flat-screen TVs, and brand new bedding.

Villa Panoramique is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Exposed beamed ceilings and tile floors maintain its Provençal roots.

The south-facing terraces overlook the garden and the beautiful infinity pool, with a panoramic view of sea and mountains, and are furnished for relaxing or dining alfresco. A garage is attached to the house, and there is parking for three additional cars outside on a private road.

Amenities: wireless high-speed internet access, satellite TV, stereo/CD player, two DVD players (for American or European DVDs), washer & dryer, hair dryers, BBQ, alarm system, telephone, fans. Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning.
