This beautiful new property has been built to a high standard and benefits from direct access to the sea at La Plage du Vergeron. The beachfront restaurants at Gigaro can be reached on foot by walking along the beachfront, or a short drive by car. The beaches at Pampelonne are six miles away; the center of St Tropez is eight miles away.

From the entrance gate, a driveway leads down to the property with a large parking area and garage. The ground floor rooms at the front of the villa open to a pretty garden with lawn and olive trees, and a gate opens from here to the path along the shore. The swimming pool (33' x 17') has an alarm system and can be heated on request. Terraces are furnished with comfortable sofas, and a vine-covered pergola to the side of the house, outside the kitchen, has an outdoor dining area. The villa has an alarm system for security.
